Your First Visit
The first thing our front desk staff will do when you enter our waiting room for the first time is give you a warm greeting and collect your new patient forms. Once it’s time for your appointment to begin, we’ll take you back to our treatment room, capture diagnostic X-rays and other images as needed, and complete a thorough exam of your smile. After going over our findings, we’ll cooperate with you to create a personalized dental treatment plan and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

We need to collect your new patient forms before your treatment can begin. Nobody likes having to deal with paperwork on the day of their appointment, so to save you some time, we’ve given you a link to download our new patient forms. It’s much less stressful to fill out these forms at home, and you’ll be able to hand us your information right away once you arrive at our dental office, shaving several minutes of waiting time off your visit.

We are proud to be a dental insurance-friendly dental office. We’re in-network with several dental plans, but we also file claims for providers that are out of network. Every plan is different, so when you call our dental office with your insurance information, we can discuss your benefits with you and explain what coverage is available for specific treatments. Don’t worry about filing a claim afterwards; our dental team will handle the entire process once your appointment is completed.
